These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mypkmn.cards website ("Service"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

mypkmn.cards is a fan-made tool for managing your physical Pokémon card collection. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., or Wizards of the Coast.

All Pokémon content, including names, images, and trademarks, is the property of their respective owners.

2. Who can use mypkmn.cards

To use this service, you must:

Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country)
Be legally permitted to have your data processed and stored by us

Accounts are personal and must not be shared or impersonated.

3. User responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful or abusive purposes

mypkmn.cards does not claim ownership of Pokémon content and exists purely as a non-commercial fan project (at this time).

You retain ownership of the content you add to the site (such as collection details, etc.).

By using the service, you grant us a limited right to store, process, and display that content in order to provide the functionality of the site.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is legal and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. This will permanently delete all your personal data and collection.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Abuse the service
Pose a security or legal risk

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is," with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability.

We are not liable for any data loss, site downtime, or issues resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the site at any time — with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you or post the updated date at the top of the page.
